Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat emphasized the cultural and spiritual significance of the Maha Kumbh, calling it a divine and unparalleled event that united the nation.
Speaking about the historic gathering of 67 crore devotees over 45 days, Shekhawat said, “Kumbh was not just a religious event, but a powerful symbol of India’s unity. The faith and emotions of the people who participated made it truly grand and incomparable.”
He highlighted how the Kumbh reinforced the shared identity of Indians, bringing people together from across the country and strengthening the fabric of national integration. “The energy generated by this gathering has played a major role in binding India together in a single thread of unity. It instilled a deep sense of belonging among people from every corner of the nation,” he added.
The minister also appreciated the efforts of the government and various organizations in ensuring the smooth conduct of the Kumbh, calling it a testament to India’s rich traditions and organizational strength.
