PM Modi Applies ‘Tilak’ on Artists During Dussehra Celebrations at Red Fort

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Dussehra celebrations at Madhav Das Park, Red Fort, on Wednesday, where he honored artists portraying the roles of Lord Ram and Lakshman by applying ’tilak’ on their foreheads.
