Jaipur, March 31, 2026: The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan has announced revised prize benefits for Class 12 toppers along with declaring the results on March 31, 2026, marking a historic first as results were released in March itself.
Results Declared in Record Time
Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar released the results for Science, Commerce, and Arts streams simultaneously from Udaipur via virtual coordination with the Ajmer board office.
This year:
- Exams were conducted from February 12 to March 11, 2026
- Results were declared within the same month, setting a new record
- Class 10 results were also announced earlier on March 23
Toppers to Get ₹75,000 Cash Reward
The state government has revised the reward structure for meritorious students:
- State toppers: ₹75,000 cash prize (earlier ₹1 lakh)
- Additional benefits:
- Laptop or tablet
- State-level certificate of appreciation
Special Schemes for Girls and EWS Students
The Rajasthan government has also continued several welfare schemes:
- Girls (single/two daughters in family): ₹51,000 assistance if in merit list
- Gargi Award: ₹5,000 for girls scoring 75% or above
- EWS merit students (income below ₹8 lakh): ₹15,000 + certificate
Note: The earlier free scooty scheme has been discontinued.
Minister Congratulates Toppers Personally
After the results, the Education Minister personally called toppers from different districts, congratulating them and stating:
“This success reflects your hard work and the guidance of your teachers. The state is proud of you.”
He encouraged students to contribute to the nation and bring pride to Rajasthan.
How to Apply for Awards and Scholarships
Eligible students can apply through:
- SSO Portal: For schemes like EBC scholarships using Rajasthan SSO ID
- Official Website: Detailed guidelines and forms available on RBSE portal

- Marksheet
- Aadhaar card
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Bank passbook copy
Transparent and Student-Friendly Process
RBSE Secretary Gajendra Singh Rathore stated that the evaluation process was kept transparent and error-free. Students can check results online using their roll number.
Early declaration of results is expected to give students extra time for higher education admissions and competitive exam preparation.
