Govt Has Ended Spying and Information Leakage, Says Rajasthan Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore

Date:

Jaipur: Reacting to the production of suspected Pakistan ISI agent Prakash Singh alias Badal before the court, Rajasthan Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that the government’s strong security measures have significantly improved intelligence operations and curbed espionage activities in the country.

Speaking on the matter, Rathore stated,

“Earlier, spies were not caught. Today, they are being caught. Before 2014, every list used to get leaked from the Prime Minister’s Office. Today, our party and the government have ended spying and leakage everywhere. Information leakage has ended, as has the leakage of money.”

His remarks highlight the government’s claim of strengthening national security systems, tightening surveillance mechanisms, and improving coordination among intelligence agencies. Rathore emphasised that the frequent arrests of foreign-linked spies reflect increased vigilance and improved operational capability of security forces.

The case of Prakash Singh, alleged to have links with Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence, has drawn significant attention in Rajasthan, with authorities continuing their investigation into the suspected espionage network.

Rathore added that the government remains committed to maintaining national security and preventing any form of information leakage that could compromise the country’s strategic interests.
