PM Narendra Modi Criticizes Congress Manifesto, Draws Parallels with Muslim League and Leftists

Date:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently made a statement criticizing the manifesto released by the Congress party. He drew parallels between the Congress’s manifesto and the ideologies of the Muslim League at the time of India’s independence.

“Yesterday the kind of manifesto released by Congress reflects the same thinking that was prevalent in the Muslim League at the time of independence,” said PM Modi. He suggested that the Congress’s manifesto bears a striking resemblance to the ideologies of the Muslim League, a party that played a significant role during the partition of India.

“The Congress manifesto completely bears the imprint of the Muslim League,” PM Modi added, implying that the Congress’s policies are influenced by the same divisive ideologies that led to the partition of India.

In addition to this, PM Modi also pointed out the influence of leftist ideologies in the Congress’s manifesto. “The remaining part of the manifesto is dominated by the leftists,” he stated, suggesting a significant shift in the Congress’s political stance.

This statement from PM Modi adds a new dimension to the ongoing political discourse in the country, highlighting the ideological differences between the BJP and the Congress. As the political landscape continues to evolve, these words from the Prime Minister offer a lens through which to understand the motivations and actions of these key political players.
