Arjun Ram Meghwal Confident of NDA’s Majority Win in Bihar Elections 2025

Date:

Bikaner, Rajasthan: Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal expressed confidence that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will secure a full majority in the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, asserting that development and good governance will be the key issues driving voter sentiment.

Speaking to the media, Meghwal said, “The major issue in Bihar’s elections is development and good governance. Under NDA’s rule, there has been development as well as good governance.”

Drawing a sharp contrast with the opposition, the Minister criticized the previous regimes led by Lalu Prasad Yadav, recalling the corruption scandals and lawlessness associated with that era. “Lalu Prasad Yadav was also an accused in the fodder scam. Currently, charges are being framed in the land-for-job case as well. Their way of working was different. The rule of goons is still remembered by people in Bihar today,” Meghwal stated.

He added that people of Bihar have witnessed visible progress under the NDA’s governance model and are unlikely to return to what he described as the “days of misrule.”

Expressing optimism about the electoral outcome, Meghwal concluded, “I am fully confident that in this election, NDA will form the government with a full majority.”
