Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma addressed the Shekhawati Heritage Conservation Dialogue in Jaipur, focusing on the preservation and promotion of the region’s world-famous havelis and rich cultural heritage.

The program brought together haveli owners, conservationists, tour operators, and other key stakeholders, who shared valuable insights and suggestions for safeguarding the unique architectural marvels of Shekhawati. Participants highlighted the urgent need for coordinated efforts to restore aging havelis, promote sustainable tourism, and ensure that the cultural legacy of the region is preserved for future generations.

Chief Minister Sharma welcomed the diverse recommendations and assured that the state government is committed to protecting the historical essence of Shekhawati while fostering economic opportunities for local communities. He emphasized that heritage conservation not only protects Rajasthan’s cultural identity but also strengthens tourism, creating employment and boosting regional development.
