Jaipur: Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra has commemorated the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas with a heartfelt tribute to the soldiers who displayed exceptional bravery during the Kargil War. In a statement released in Jaipur, Mishra praised the courage and determination of the Indian troops who fought valiantly to secure victory against adversaries.

“Today, Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year. The way our soldiers displayed their bravery and defeated the enemies is commendable. I bow down to the Bravehearts,” Mishra said, honoring the valor and sacrifice of the soldiers who played a pivotal role in the conflict.

Kargil Vijay Diwas, observed annually on July 26, marks the end of the Kargil War in 1999 and celebrates the significant victory achieved by the Indian Armed Forces. The day is dedicated to remembering the sacrifices made by soldiers and acknowledging their contributions to national security.

Governor Mishra’s remarks reflect the deep respect and gratitude felt across the nation for the soldiers who defended India’s borders during one of its most challenging conflicts. The tribute underscores the importance of remembering and honoring those who have served with distinction.
