Jaipur: Rajasthan’s Director General of Police (DGP), Utkal Ranjan Sahoo, has announced the readiness of the Rajasthan Police to implement three new criminal laws, replacing archaic British-era statutes. The DGP emphasized the significance of these legislative reforms and outlined the preparedness of the police force to uphold justice effectively across the state.
Speaking on the introduction of the new criminal laws, DGP Utkal Ranjan Sahoo stated, “Three British-era laws have been replaced with modern statutes designed to deliver justice rather than merely impose punishment.
