The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the portal for verification of issues found in scanned copies of answer sheets and re-evaluation of answers has started from June 2.
The portal will remain accessible until June 6. In a statement, the CBSE said this feature is available only to students who have received scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets. The board explained that Aadhaar verification has been incorporated for security reasons. For students who do not have an Aadhaar card, the Aadhaar card details of their parent, relative, or guardian can be used.
According to CBSE, students will have to pay Rs 100 per answer sheet for verification of errors found in scanned answer sheets and Rs 25 per question for re-evaluation. This fee can only be paid through online modes such as UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. CBSE advises students to carefully watch the tutorial video for step-by-step instructions on the process of applying for marks verification and re-evaluation.
