Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat Hails ABVP’s Big Win in DUSU Elections

Date:

Reacting to the Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) election results, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat congratulated the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and the newly elected student leaders on their resounding victory.

Shekhawat noted that while the BJP is not directly linked to the ABVP, their ideological alignment remains strong. “I congratulate all the students of Delhi University, the Vidyarthi Parishad, and the winning office bearers of the Student Union. The Vidyarthi Parishad won with a huge majority,” he said.

Highlighting the significance of the results, Shekhawat stated that the mandate reflects the mindset of India’s Gen Z, who continue to support nationalist ideology. “This victory shows that the young generation of the country—the future of India—stands firmly with nationalism and is not willing to be misled by those spreading confusion,” he added.
