Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma Extends Janmashtami Greetings, Calls for Prosperous and Developed India

Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Monday extended warm greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, urging citizens to imbibe the timeless teachings of Lord Krishna.

In his message, the Chief Minister conveyed heartfelt wishes, saying, “On the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, heartfelt greetings to all the people of the state. We all must follow the message given by Lord Krishna.” He emphasized that the festival is not just a celebration of Lord Krishna’s birth but also a reminder of his values of righteousness, devotion, and justice that continue to inspire generations.

Highlighting the significance of the festival, Sharma expressed his hopes for collective growth and development. “May this festival bring prosperity to the lives of the countrymen, and may our Rajasthan become a developed Rajasthan and India a developed India,” he added.

The Chief Minister’s message comes as people across Rajasthan and the nation gear up for traditional celebrations, including devotional songs, cultural events, dahi handi festivities, and temple visits, marking the joyous spirit of Janmashtami.

Janmashtami, one of the most widely celebrated festivals in India, symbolizes the triumph of good over evil and spreads the message of unity, peace, and devotion. Sharma’s call to align with Lord Krishna’s teachings also reflects his vision of blending cultural values with aspirations for a progressive and prosperous nation.
