Prime Minister Narendra Modi Addresses Public Meeting in Jhargram, West Bengal

Date:

In a recent public meeting held in Jhargram, West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a series of statements concerning the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Congress, and their alleged support for infiltrators.

“These people (TMC) are calling infiltrators and settling them,” Modi claimed, expressing concern over the decreasing population of local Bengalis in border areas. He further alleged that infiltrators are occupying the lands of Dalits, backward, and tribal people.

The Prime Minister accused the TMC and Congress of supporting these infiltrators, stating, “TMC-Congress together want to make the occupation of infiltrators legal.” His comments have sparked a heated debate, with many waiting to see how the TMC and Congress will respond.

The issue of infiltration has been a contentious one in West Bengal, with various political parties often clashing over the best approach to handle it. The Prime Minister’s comments are likely to add fuel to this ongoing debate.

As the political landscape continues to evolve, the citizens of West Bengal and indeed the entire nation will be watching closely to see how this situation unfolds.
