PM Modi Accuses Congress of Dividing the Country, Insulting Army

Date:

Rajasthan, India – Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a recent political rally in Rajasthan, revisited the events of the Balakot air strike carried out on 26th February 2019. The PM used the occasion to criticize the opposition for their stance during that period.

“When I came to Churu on 26th February 2019, at that time the country had carried out an air strike in Balakot. We had taught a lesson to the terrorists,” said PM Modi, recalling the decisive action taken by the Indian armed forces against terror outfits operating from across the border.

The PM further added, “At that time I had said I would not let Mother India bow down.” His statement was met with applause from the crowd, reinforcing his commitment to the nation’s security and sovereignty.

However, the PM didn’t stop at just recalling the past. He took the opportunity to criticize the opposition, particularly the Congress party and its allies, for their reaction to the military action. “When our army carried out surgical strikes and air strikes, Congress and the people of this ‘Ghamandia’ alliance were asking for proof,” he said.

PM Modi accused the opposition of dividing the country and insulting the army. “Dividing the country and insulting our army is the identity of the Congress Party,” he claimed, expressing his disapproval of the opposition’s actions.

The rally served as a platform for PM Modi to highlight his government’s firm stance on national security, while also criticizing the opposition for their alleged lack of support during crucial times. The PM’s remarks have once again brought the Balakot air strike back into political discussions, reminding the nation of the decisive action taken under his leadership.
