Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma Reviews Border Security Amid Operation Sindoor

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a high-level review meeting with top officials to assess and strengthen the security arrangements along Rajasthan’s international border in light of the ongoing ‘Operation Sindoor’ by the Government of India.

Taking to social media, CM Sharma said, “In view of the Government of India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’, a review meeting was held with the officials regarding Rajasthan’s international border security at the Chief Minister’s residence today.” The meeting focused on coordination between civil administration and the armed forces.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to give top priority to supporting the Indian Army and ensure the swift availability of all necessary resources to maintain effective security. “The officials present were directed to assist the army on priority basis, ensure immediate availability of necessary resources and maintain strong security in the border areas,” he added.

This move highlights the Rajasthan government’s proactive approach in maintaining vigilance and readiness during a period of heightened national security concerns. The state, which shares a long border with Pakistan, plays a crucial role in India’s defense preparedness.
