In the realm of sports, athletes leverage yoga to improve their focus and performance. Additionally, PM Modi mentioned the unique implementation of yoga in space programs, where astronauts use it to maintain their mental and physical health in challenging environments.

“Yoga is not just a series of exercises; it is a holistic way of life that fosters inner peace and promotes positive societal change,” PM Modi remarked. He also praised initiatives that introduce yoga in prison rehabilitation programs, highlighting its role in transforming inmates’ mindsets and helping them cultivate positive thoughts and behaviors.
