New Delhi — Union Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar yesterday to discuss the pressing issue of water supply in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu, Sikar, and Churu districts.
The meeting focused on addressing the growing water scarcity in the region, with discussions centering around long-term solutions and the need for enhanced infrastructure to support sustainable water distribution.
The Vice President, who hails from Rajasthan, was briefed on the current challenges and potential interventions under the Jal Shakti Ministry’s ongoing schemes.
